Independence day speech for school students
Very good morning all
Respected teachers, parents and my beloved friends.
Today we are gathered here as a part of independence day celebration. As we know it is our 75th independence day. I think that it is the time to remember and talk about the fantastic history of our country's freedom struggle. It is the time to recall our our forefathers who sacrificed their lives for freedom of India. Really they are our heroes forever.
Dears. We know that India gained independence on 15th august 1947 . After that we acquired all our fundamental rights. Now we are proud of our nation.
Dear friends, we are so lucky to have been given a land of peace happiness and harmony by our forefathers. Here we can sleep with out fear and we can enjoy whole day in our school or home with our beloved ones because we are living in an independent country.
Several great freedom fighters struggled for the freedom of our country. Mahatma Gandhi was the greatest figure among them. He taught the whole world the lessons of non-violence
The sacrifices of our great leaders like bhagat singh, Chandra Shekhar Azad and moulana Muhammad Ali should be remember here.
So we have to celebrate this day by under standing the glorious past our nation through that we can find out what we have to do for better future of our nation and ourselves.
Here I conclude my speech. Thank you
Jai Hind
